OATMEAL

Try cooking porridge with plant milk. Oat – or as it is also called “the healthiest of cereals” and “Green Smile” together will create double benefit and energize you for the whole day. And your body will receive even more plant protein and dietary fiber.
Ingredients
- 0.5 cups oatmeal
- 1 glass «Green Smile» 2.5%
- 1 tab. sp honey (optional)
- salt optional
Cooking method
- Boil «Green Smile», constantly stirring, add oatmeal and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Ready? Turn off and salt it.
- If you want more flavor and color shades, add some honey to the made porridge and garnish it with berries or fruits.
Product for vegetarians, those who are lactose intolerant.
