Ingredients

  • 0.5 cups oatmeal
  • 1 glass «Green Smile» 2.5%
  • 1 tab. sp honey (optional)

Cooking method

  1. Boil «Green Smile», constantly stirring, add oatmeal and simmer for 5-7 minutes. Ready? Turn off and salt it.
  2. If you want more flavor and color shades, add some honey to the made porridge and garnish it with berries or fruits.

OMELETTE

The most popular breakfast in the world is our well-known omelette. It is loved for its simplicity and quick preparation. Let’s make it more useful! Just experiment and add  «Green Smile» to the omelette. And taste it, even if you are on a lactose-free diet.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 100 ml «Green Smile» oat 2.5%
  • 20 g butter or oil
  • parsley
  • salt
  • ground black pepper

Cooking method

  1. Stir the eggs well using a fork. Add «Green Smile» oat, salt and stir again.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and pour in the mixture. Season with salt and pepper if you like. Close with a lid and leave for a couple of minutes until it’s done.

PANCAKES

Love pancakes but worry about their high-calorie content? Nutritionists recommend taking low-fat milk for cooking. And we suggest going even further – to replace cow’s milk with plant milk – with “Green Smile”.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 cups «Green Smile» 2.5%
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 2 tab.sp sugar
  • 3 tab.sp plant oil
  • 1 tea sp. baking powder
  • 1/3 tea sp. salt

Cooking method

  1. Sift flour, add salt and baking powder to it. Mix well.
  2. Warm up the “Green Smile“ and add it to the dry mixture. Stir even better at this stage so that there are no lumps. Add oil.
  3. Bake the pancakes in a preheated pan. Before the first one, lightly grease the pan with plant oil.

POTATO MASH

Let’s make ordinary potatoes more interesting, too? Let’s prepare a popular side dish in a more diet version using «Green Smile» oat. This recipe is indispensable if you are on a fast or lactose-free diet.

Ingredients

  • 5 medium potatoes
  • 0.5 l. water
  • 1 glass “Green Smile” oat 2.5%
  • 20 g butter or plant
  • ground black pepper
  • salt

Cooking method

  1. Peel and rinse potatoes. Boil it until they are soft and drain.
  2. Rub hot potatoes through a sieve or mash with a wooden crush. Add oil, salt, and pepper. While stirring, gradually pour in the hot «Green Smile».
  3. Want to make it more smooth and tender? Beat it using a mixer. Serve with fresh herbs.

BESCHAMEL SAUCE

Bechamel sauce originated in France, but quickly became the staple for many dishes throughout Europe. It is easy to prepare and versatile to use. Add new flavors to it – use «Green Smile» as a base.

Ingredients

  • 50 g butter
  • 2 tab.sp flour
  • 0.5 l “Green Smile” 2.5%
  • 0.5 tea sp. salt

Cooking method

  1. Melt the butter and gradually stir in the flour. Make sure that there are no lumps.
  2. Pour  “Green Smile” into the mixture little by little quenched, add salt, and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.

STRAWBERRY SORBET

Do you like sweets, but need to keep your fit? We have a delicious and healthy dessert for you – a light refreshing sorbet based on frozen berries. In the summer, it wonderfully quenches the thirst, and when there is snow outside the window, it helps to remember the warm season. Moreover, it will not be as high in calories as regular ice cream if you take “Green Smile” as a basis.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries (250-300 g)
  • 1 glass “Green Smile” 2.5%
  • 1 tab.sp sugar

Cooking method

  1. In a blender, blend the berries, «Green Smile» and sugar in a puree.
  2. Put it into a special ice cream form and let it stay for 4-5 hours. If there is no special form, stir occasionally during freezing so that the ice crystals do not crunch on the teeth.
  3. Serve the finished sorbet balls in a bowl with fresh aromatic mint.

STRAWBERRY PANCAKES

Pancakes with light strawberry notes are perfect for morning coffee and will pleasantly surprise you with their taste.

Ingredients

  • 1 l “Green Smile” oat 2,5% fat
  • 4 eggs
  • 500 g flour
  • 2 tab. sp butter
  • 1 tab.sp sugar (optional)
  • 0.5 tea sp. Salt
  • 200g strawberry puree

Cooking method

Beat the eggs and sugar. Then add salt and butter and whisk again.

Heat the “Green Smile“ oat, mix with the egg , sugar mixture and strawberry puree mixture.

Add flour in small portions and stir constantly until all lumps are gone. The dough should be moderately liquid and resemble liquid sour cream.

Fry on both sides until golden brown.

Enjoy pancakeswith fresh fruit or your favourite toppings.

FRENCH CHOCOLATE DESSERT

Warm, delicate dessert with the smell of romantic French comedy and a cosy evening. Treat yourself with a tasty dessert and share the tenderness with your loved ones from eating a chocolate dessert based on the oatmeal plant milk.

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g dark chocolate (over 70%)
  • 50 g sugar
  • 50 g “Green Smile” oat 2,5% fat
  • 25 g butter
  • 40 g flour
  • Your favourite ice cream or sorbet

Cooking method

Beat the eggs and sugar into a smooth foam.

Melt the chocolate over a fire and mix with warm butter.

Combine both mixtures, add “Green Smile“ oat  and flour.

Put the resulting dough into any baking dish.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and set for 5 minutes. The dessert will be set on the outside but remain soft inside.

Gently cut the resulting soft “cakes” and serve with ice cream or sorbet.

MILK JELLY

Imagine an airy vanilla dessert that is incredibly quick and easy to prepare, without thousands of ingredients and hours of waiting. Don’t search the internet, just read our recipe!

Ingredients

  • 1 glass “Green Smile” oat
  • 1/2 cup boiled water
  • 3 tea sp. flour
  • 1 tab. sp sugar, some vanilla

Cooking method

  1. Boil “Green Smile” oat , add sugar, some vanilla
  2. Add flour to a glass of boiled water and mix well.
  3. When the milk boils, pour the flour and water mixture into it in a thin stream, stirring constantly.
  4. Boil the milk jelly, stirring constantly.
  5. Eat warm with pancakes and cheesecakes or chilled as an independent dessert.

CARROT AND COCONUT SOUP

This delicious, healthy and at the same time original soup is so simple that even a child can cook it.

Such a dish can be a good solution for those who follow a fast or a vegetarian diet.

Ingredients:

  • 3 carrots
  • 200 ml “Green Smile” coconut
  • 400 ml water
  • 2 tab. sp. lemon juice
  • 1 tea sp. turmeric
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • parsley or basil for decoration

Cooking method:

1. Prepare the carrots: peel, rinse in running water and cut into pieces. Then put water in a saucepan, put the carrots there, and set to cook. When the carrots boil, reduce heat slightly and cook until tender.

2. Add turmeric and coconut milk to the carrots. Season with salt, pepper, and stir. Then reduce heat to low and simmer for about 2-3 minutes.

3. Remove soup from heat, add lemon juice and whisk with an immersion blender until smooth. Decorate with a sprig of greenery. You can also add 1 teaspoon of soy sauce to the bowl to enhance the flavour of the soup. The soup is ready.

CHIA PUDDING WITH FRUIT OR BERRIES

Lovers of healthy food will appreciate this dessert, because it does not contain sugar . The fruit chosen for it should be fully ripe and naturally sweet, the taste of the prepared dish directly depends on it. Only plant-based ingredients are used, so the dessert is suitable for vegans and people who are fasting or on a diet menu.

The thick chia gel recipe uses 4 tablespoons of seeds. Because the recommended daily intake of chia seeds is 2 tablespoons, we suggest dividing the finished dessert into 2 meals (evening and morning), or enjoy this delicate dessert with your loved one.

The shelf life of dessert in the fridge is up to 48 hours.

Ingredients:

  • 250 ml “Green Smile” buckwheat
  • 4 tab. sp (40 g) chia seeds
  • 1 ripe banana and 1 ripe kiwi or any other berries and fruits

Cooking method:

Fill the chia seeds with “Green Smile“ buckwheat, stir well, and refrigerate for a couple of hours. For the first half-hour, the mixture must be mixed 2-3 times.

After a couple of hours, we get the base mixture – chia gel, in this case, it is dense.

Cut berries, fruits, bananas, or kiwi into medium-sized pieces.

Put fruits and chia gel in a transparent container: first bananas, then all the “milk” mass with chia, and finally – slices of kiwi or berries.

That’s all! Delicious vegan chia pudding is ready!

CARROT CAKE

We offer you to cook a tender and soft carrot cake for your children.

The cake is delicious. Due to the corn flour and carrots, the cakes are crumbly and moist. Coconut oil frosting perfectly complements the unusual flavor of the cake.

Ingredients:

  • 250 g carrots
  • 250 g applesauce
  • 50 g rice “Green smile”
  • 200 g corn flour
  • 1 egg
  • 50 g coconut oil
  • 15 g sweetener
  • 5 g baking powder
  • 20 g dried apricots for decoration

For glaze:

  • 60 g coconut oil
  • 8 tab. sp rice “Green smile”
  • 10-15 tab. sp sugar powder (to taste)

Cooking method:

Rinse, peel the carrots, and grate them on a fine grater. Melt the coconut oil. Add sweetener, applesauce, egg, coconut oil and “Green Smile“ to the carrots. Stir until smooth.

Mix flour with baking powder and add to mixture. Beat the dough with a whisk. Pour it into a lightly oiled pan. Bake the sponge cake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Rinse dried apricots and chop finely. Melt the coconut oil in a bain-marie, mix with the rice non-milk. Add the icing sugar and stir until smooth. Make sure there are no lumps. Heat the mixture over low heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly, until the powder is completely dissolved.

Cut the cake into 2 pieces and saturate the cakes with the resulting icing. The cake also needs to be covered with icing on top. Put in a fridge for a couple of hours.

Decorate with dried apricots and serve.

BANANA-PUMPKIN SMOOTHIE

Only  lazy ones don’t make smoothies now. After all, this is a very healthy drink that can replace breakfast or a snack. It is done incredibly quickly and easily. And this unusual recipe will be remembered for its originality.

Ingredients:

  • 600 ml “Green Smile” rice
  • 250 g pumpkin
  • 2 bananas
  • 10 g fresh ginger
  • 1 tab.sp chia seed
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • a pinch of nutmeg
  • 10 walnuts or pecans

Cooking method:

Peel the bananas and place them in a freezer for an hour. Peel and chop a small piece of ginger.

Peel the pumpkin and seeds, cut it into small pieces. Fry the nuts and chop six of them finely.

Put all ingredients in a blender, top with «Green Smile» rice, and blend until smooth.

Pour into glasses, sprinkle with spices and chia seeds on top, decorate whole nuts.

CHICKEN IN COCONUT MILK

We offer you to try a restaurant dish of Eastern cuisine. This chicken is usually cooked with hot peppers. And we offer you a “light” version using common black ground pepper. And spicy lovers can add hot peppers to the onion and fry them together.

The amount of coconut “Green Smile” can differ! When you want chicken in a thick sauce, add less non-milk, when in a liquid sauce, add more.

This dish is usually served with rice.

Ingredients:

  • 500 g chicken fillet
  • 250-300 ml “Green Smile” coconut
  • 1 onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tab. sp. refined sunflower oil
  • 1 tea sp. turmeric
  • salt (to taste)

Marinade:

  • 2 tab. sp. ginger
  • 2 tab. sp. lime juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tab. sp refined sunflower oil

Cooking method:

Prepare the marinade: grate the garlic and ginger on a fine grater, add lime juice and sunflower oil.

Cut the chicken fillet into pieces, mix with the marinade and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. You can leave it overnight.

Chop the onion and garlic (from the main ingredients) finely and fry in a little sunflower oil. Add turmeric, stir. Add the meat along with the marinade. Cook, stirring occasionally until all pieces are lighter.

Add coconut milk. Simmer for 10-15 minutes, covered. Add salt and pepper.

The chicken in rice-coconut milk is ready.

LEAN OAT WAFFLES

For waffles lovers, we have prepared such a simple and delicious recipe. Do not worry about your figure, the ingredients here are as healthy as possible and with minimum calorie content.

Ingredients:

  • 80 g wheat flour
  • 120 g oat flour
  • 50 g sugar
  • 2 tab. sp. flax flour
  • 2 tea sp. baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 glass “Green Smile” almond
  • 1/4 cup soy yogurt

Cooking method:

In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients: three flours, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Then add the “Green Smile” almond and yogurt. Mix everything well and bake the waffles as described in the instructions for the waffle iron.

Serve with honey, syrup, jam, berries, or fruit.

TURMERIC LATTE

Did you think it was a coffee drink? This is not. Translated from Italian “latte” is milk. And what is considered “latte” in our coffee shops, should be called “caffe latte”, i.e. coffee with milk and froth.

We suggest you prepare a drink called “Turmeric Latte” – a traditional Indian drink. It is based on milk, turmeric and other spices. Golden latte is very popular with nutritionists. The drink perfectly invigorates and is useful for absolutely everyone.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of any “Green Smile” (oat, almond, etc.)
  • 1/2 tea sp. turmeric
  • 1/2 tea sp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 t tea sp. ground dried ginger
  • 1 tea sp. natural sweetener: honey, agave syrup, maple syrup

Cooking method:

The recipe is very simple: pour some non-milk into a heating container, add spices and mix thoroughly. Wait for it to heat up and dissolve the spices. Stir constantly until the non-milk boils completely. For a creamier texture and flavor, add a couple of tablespoons of coconut cream or non-milk.

And your elixir of beauty and health is ready!

SMOOTHIE

A delicious and healthy breakfast will set the tone for the day! Smoothies with cottage cheese are tasty, healthy, and most importantly, they are quick to prepare, which is very important for breakfasts. It’s a perfect breakfast at any time of the year, and in summer, the smoothie can also be a complete light and refreshing dinner.

INGREDIENTS

  • Cottage cheese (low-fat) 170 g
  • Mango (fresh or frozen) 140 g
  • Oat milk 50 ml
  • Honey (optional) 5 g
  • Chia seeds (10 in the smoothie, 5 for sprinkling) 15 g

How to prepare.

Put the cottage cheese in the blender bowl, pour the milk, and add the honey. If the honey is only thick, melt it slightly in a water bath beforehand. Whisk the mixture until smooth.

Now put the diced mango into the blender bowl and whisk together at high speed. The mass should be light, homogeneous, and fluffy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a little more milk.

Next, add the chia seeds and blend again. Pour the smoothie into glasses (about two servings of 240 ml each) and sprinkle chia seeds on top.

Serve the super healthy treat on the table and enjoy!
